Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this petition, the petitioners seek a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide Case No.63/07/2009 MSBW/Enquiry/1102/2894/2009, expeditiously.

916-WP-2584-2025.doc Perused the papers. From the record, it appears that the case has been pending since 2009. Learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that the matter is now fixed for hearing on 27th November 2025, and that the petitioners will be heard on that date. It is further stated that an appropriate decision will thereafter be taken. Statement accepted. We accordingly direct the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to hear and decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, on or before 19th December 2025. With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the proceedings pending before respondent No. 1, and keep all contentions between the parties open. SANDESH D. PATIL, J.
