The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of transfer dated 26th December 2024 transferring him from Anushakti Nagar, B.A.R.C. to Mysore. The petitioner has preferred Original Application No.57 of 2025 before the Central Administrative Tribunal. The grievance of the petitioner is that though on 15th January 2025 notice was issued on the prayer for interim relief and the pleadings in that regard were complete, the said prayer has not been considered. In fact, the order dated 28th January 2025 indicates that the Original Application was to be finally decided on 30th January 2025. It is now informed that the next date of the proceedings is 11th March 2025.

In aforesaid facts, since the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of transfer and the next date of the proceedings is 11th March 2025, it is expected that the petitioner's prayer for interim relief would at-least be considered on that date. Needless to state that it is open for the Tribunal to decide the Original Application finally also on that date. 3.

With aforesaid observations and keeping all points on merits open, the writ petition is disposed of.
