Heard Mr. Kuldeep Nikam, learned Counsel for the Petitioner. He submits that the issue involved in the Writ Petition is that the Respondent-Wife has sought aggregate maintenance of Rs.15,000/- per month in the application and the learned Judge, Family Court has granted maintenance of Rs.20,000/- per month. 2.

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 24th April 2025.

In addition to the Court notice, the Petitioner to serve the Respondent by private service and file affidavit of service before the returnable date.

In the meanwhile, the Petitioner shall pay the maintenance at the rate of Rs.15,000/- per month to the Respondent-Wife and the child. The said maintenance be paid on or before 10th day of each succeeding month. As far as the arrears are concerned, the same be paid within a period of one month from today. 5.

Ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b), subject to above.

However, it is clarified that, if the above directions are not complied with then, the stay granted by this Court shall stands vacated forthwith.
