The only prayer made in the present writ petition is for expeditious consideration of Original Application No.329 of 2023 that has been preferred by the petitioner raising challenge to the order dated 27/04/2021 initiating departmental proceedings against the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also filed Misc. Application No.521 of 2023 seeking interim relief in the aforesaid proceedings. The same is yet to be considered. In view of the fact that proceedings are pending before the Tribunal, it would be open to the petitioner to pursue the prayers made in Misc. Application No.521 of 2023. If such request is made by the petitioner, same shall be considered expeditiously in accordance with law.
