The learned AGP submits on instructions that the post on which the Petitioner was selected, is still vacant. He was not issued with the appointment order since his validity claim was rejected. She further submits that the cutoff marks for making a candidate eligible for selection in the merit list is 90 and the Petitioner has scored 106.

The written communication dated 6th May, 2024 to the learned AGP, indicates that one post of Senior Security Officer from the Scheduled Tribe Category, to which the Petitioner belongs, is

A copy of the said written communication (2 pages) is taken on record and marked as 'X-1' for identification. In view of the above, until this Petition is decided, the post on which the Petitioner has been selected, shall be kept vacant. 3.

List this Petition on 30th June, 2025.
