Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner. We are absolutely not happy with the documents those have been annexed. It appears that show cause notice was given to the petitioner on 21.06.2021, to which the petitioner was supposed to reply, but that reply, if at all given, has not been annexed. It appears that there was a communication by the petitioner to Collector, Nanded on 28.07.2021 wherein the statement has been made that written reply has been given, but copy of the same has not been given as well as even the date of that reply has not been stated. Now, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks accommodation to get the instructions.
