The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs: (B) The Hon'ble High Court may please to quash and set aside the impugned Show Cause Notice/Suspension Order bearing HNP Outward No.Est.Dept./1708/2021 dated 21/06/2021 issued by the Resp. No.4 Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Hadgaon, in the interest of justice.

(C) The Hon'ble High Court may please to direct the Resp. No. 4 to resume the duty of the Petitioner on his original post and also release the salary and all consequential benefits, in the interest of justice."

Heard learned Advocate Mr. Akash Narwade holding for Advocate Mr. G. K. Muneshwar. He submits that the petitioner needs accommodation for compliance of the order dated 11.03.2026. 3.

In fact we had heard the Advocate on record for the petitioner on 11.03.2026 and in our order itself, we had expressed that we are absolutely not happy with the documents those were annexed. Reply to the show cause notice dated 21.06.2021 was not annexed and what

917wp2641-26 was under challenge was the show cause notice. The show cause notice dated 21.06.2021 is challenged by way of this writ petition which was filed on 26.112025, however, it appears that it has been numbered in 2026. The prayer clause (C) is to direct Respondent No.4 to allow the petitioner to resume his duty on his original post and for release of salary and the consequential benefits. 4.

In fact, the petition lacks details as to what has happened after the show cause notice was given. We had then taken note of the communication issued by the petitioner to the Collector, Nanded dated 28.07.2021, wherein the statement has been made that written reply has been given . The petitioner has not stated that any substantial order has been passed and if we consider the impugned show cause notice dated 21.06.2021, therein it is stated that the petitioner was absent from his duty for about two months without assigning any reason and without giving any written explanation for his absence. In our opinion, there is no cause of action for the petitioner to arise on the basis of show cause notice dated 21.06.2021.
