Respondent No.1 herein has filed the petition for divorce. By the order impugned, the learned Family Court has allowed the application filed by the respondent No.1 seeking permission to amend the petition.

ORDER

A] The order impugned allowing the amendment application is maintained except amendment sought Pramod S.Lakare 1/2

B] Considering the facts and circumstances, the learned Family Court shall endeavour to decide the divorce petition in question within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.
