This Court vide order dated 9th April 2025, had dismissed the petition. At that stage, at the request of the learned Advocate for the petitioner, the effect of the order was stayed for two weeks from that day.

Today the difficulty is expressed that because of the continuous holidays, the said order is uploaded only yesterday and therefore,
Ethape ( 2 ) P-WP-2706-2025 further extension is sought by the petitioner. 4.
Request is opposed by Mr.Jamalpurkar, the learned Advocate for the Respondent.

Considering the genuine difficulties, the order dated 9th April 2025 in paragraph No.3 of last page, be read as below: "However, considering that there was an interim relief granted by this Court, same be continued for a period of three weeks from today."

The petitioner shall not take any policy decision and shall not make any financial transaction in respect of gram panchayat. 7.
