Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

In this petition, a direction for expedite hearing of RCS No. 1766 of 2020 is sought. It is submitted that the defendants have not turned up to cross examine the plaintiff, and the evidence of the petitioner has not been recorded since long.

Without delving into the aspect of the correctness of the grievances in the petition, the petition stands disposed with a request to the learned Civil Judge to hear and decide RCS No. 1766 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible.
