Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that though the Defendant - judgment debtor has filed a reply to the application for attachment of the property, the trial Court has incorrectly proceeded on the premises that no reply was filed to the application. However, the reply was filed which is at Exhibit D (page 64) of the Petition.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file an application for the removal of the attachment by providing security for the decreetal claim of the decree holder. 4.

Leave granted with liberty as prayed for.
