The challenge raised in this writ petition is to the order dated 11th February 2025 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. The remedy of approaching the Debts Recovery Tribunal is available to the petitioner. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. 2.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.1, on instructions, submits that notice for executing the order passed under Section 14 of the Act of 2002 is yet to be issued. He submits that notice with a minimum period of fifteen days would be issued before taking steps. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner has got sufficient time to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal.
