Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

The learned Counsel for the parties submit that the petitioner and respondent No.4 have arrived at an amicable SANTOSH SUBHASH KULKARNI settlement of the dispute, and Consent Terms have been SANTOSH SUBHASH KULKARNI Date: 2025.07.23 16:12:34 +0530 executed.

The learned Counsel for the parties seek leave to tender the Consent Terms.

Mr. Mansukh Khimji Savla, the Secretary of the petitioner Society and Mr. Nilesh Kurpane, the Authorised Officer of respondent No.4 are present before the Court. They admit the contents of the Consent Terms and execution thereof. They are identified by their respective Advocates. Mr. Nilesh Kurpane has been authorised by respondent No.4 by a Resolution; a copy of which is annexed to the Consent Terms. They state that they have read and understood the contents of the Consent Terms and agree to abide by the terms thereof.

It appears that the petitioner and respondent No.4 have arrived at a comprehensive settlement of the dispute. The parties appear to have voluntarily executed the Consent Terms and there is no coercion or duress.

Hence, the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X'.

7.

The undertakings given in the Consent Terms ('X') are accepted as the undertakings to the Court.

8.

The petition stands disposed in accordance with the Consent Terms ('X').
