The Petitioners have filed a praecipe seeking speaking to minutes of order dated 4th March 2025. It is stated that in paragraphs 4, 5, 6 and 8 of the order dated 4th March 2025, wrong section has been quoted. It should be Section 48(2) instead of 38(2).

It is directed that in paragraphs 4, 5, 6 and 8 of the order dated 4th March 2025 corrections be carried out in section number as aforesaid and corrected order be uploaded again.
