The Petitioner claims to be working as a Cook. She has SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE been terminated from service after conducting a departmental enquiry on 16th March, 2020. An appeal was filed. By an order dated 28th November, 2022, the order of termination was confirmed. 2.

The Petitioner approached this Court in Writ Petition No.1345 of 2023 and vide order dated 18th July, 2024, this Court [Coram: Nitin Jamdar (as His Lordship then was) and M.M. Sathaye, JJ.] relegated the Petitioner to the remedy, as was SUNNY THOTE

941-WP-2784-2025-(C).odt permissible under the Ashram School Code (Ashram Shala Sanhita). By an extensive order dated 25th November, 2022, the appeal preferred by the Petitioner has been rejected. 3.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 21st July, 2025. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1, 2, 3 and 6.

Let the affidavit in reply be filed, at least ten days, prior to the returnable date.
