The Petitioner was appointed as a Balvadi Sevika (Gairanvasti Gujarkhede Balwadi) on 31st December, 2009. The Balwadis were abolished vide the Government Resolution dated 13th August, 2014. The Anganwadis were introduced thereafter. The Petitioner claims to be working till 10th October, 2016 and since then she is not working in any Anganwadi. It is contended that the Petitioner is held to be eligible as per the Government Resolution dated 13th August, 2014.

In the event, the Petitioner has applied for any post and if she is held to be eligible, then appropriate decision would be arrived at by the concerned Authorities. If the Petitioner faces an adverse decision taken by the authorities with regard to her eligibility, and an order is passed informing her that she is ineligible, liberty to avail of a remedy as is permissible in law. 3.
