P.C.:- 1) Mr. Pol, learned counsel for the Petitioners on instructions submitted that, the Hon'ble Minister has already decided the Revision Application filed by Petitioners and therefore prayer clause (a) of the Petition is worked out.

2) Learned AGP on instructions from Ms. Gadilkar, Deputy Registrar, L-Ward, Mumbai submitted that, the charge of the Society is handed over to the elected committee of Respondent No.6 society and therefore Order dated 14th October, 2025, does not survive. 3) In view of the above, nothing further survives in the Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
