We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2.

On instructions the learned counsel for the Petitioners has tendered an undertaking on behalf of the Petitioners wherein it has been stated that out of the outstanding amount of Rs.40,00,000/-, amount of Rs.10,00,000/- was paid to the Respondent No.3 on 28/02/2025. Further amount of Rs.15,00,000/- would be paid by 25/03/2025 and the balance amount of Rs.15,00,000/- will be paid by 25/04/2025. It is further stated that in case of default in payment of any installment, possession of the secured asset would be handed over to the Respondent No.3.

The learned counsel for the Respondent No.3 has no objection for accepting this undertaking. The undertaking is taken on record and marked "A' for identification.
