At the outset, learned Advocate for the Petitioners seeks leave to amend to correct address of Respondent No.1. 1.1) Leave to amend is granted.

1.2) Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

2) Heard. Perused the praecipe.

3) Learned Advocate for the Petitioners submitted that in paragraph 11 in line No.2, the name of the Advocate for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 is incorrectly typed as "Mr.Walawalkar" instead of correct name 1/2

H.C. SHIV 902.w2867.25.doc "Mr.Rajeshirke", and in line No.3, it is incorrectly typed as "Respondent No.3" instead of correct words "Respondent Nos.1 and 2". Further, it is noticed that in paragraph 7 in line 1, due to typographical error it is incorrectly typed as "he" instead of the correct word "the" . So also in paragraph 7 in line 4 after the word "have only" the word is incorrectly typed as "haft" instead of correct word "half" . 4) Hence, the order dated 02/05/2025 be corrected, accordingly and the corrected order be uploaded on official website of this Court. 5) Mr.Rajeshirke, learned Advocate undertakes to file the Vakalatnama for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 within four weeks from today. Said statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. 6) Mr. Gavnekar, learned Advocate submitted that considering the background in which the order dated 02/05/2025 has been passed, the Petition may be taken up for final hearing on the next date. Hence, list the Petition under the caption for "final hearing" on 18th August, 2025. 7) Praecipe is disposed of.
