Mr. Malwankar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he has instructions to withdraw the Application bearing Exhibit 63 filed in P.C. No.1/2019 with liberty to file fresh application seeking leave to file additional evidence affidavit of the Petitioner i.e. the Respondent in said P.C. No.1/2019.

As the said Application bearing Exhibit 63 filed in P.C. No.1/2019 itself is withdrawn, the impugned Order dated 3rd January 2025 passed on the said Application is quashed and set aside.
