It is the grievance of the petitioner that the property of which the possession was taken in compliance with order passed on the application under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, has been trespassed. The petitioner seeks repossession of the secured asset.

In view of the law laid down in Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. &

Ingale M-5-wp-2903-25.odt anr. Vs. State of Maharashtra and anr.1, the Nayab Tahsildar, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune to ensure that the possession of the secured asset has to be handed over to the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from today.

In-charge of the concerned police station to render all possible co-operation. The petitioner is willing to pay necessary police protection charges.
