After considering the said Draft Amendment, Mr. Jarin Doshi, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent states that amendment may be allowed. As the Writ Petition is at pre-admission stage, the Petitioners can be allowed to amend the Writ Petition. 3.

Accordingly, the Petitioners are allowed to amend the Writ Petition in terms of the Draft Amendment. Amendment be carried out within a period of 14 days from today. Amended copy to be served on the learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent within a period of 1 week thereafter.
