Heard Ms. Bharadwaj, learned Advocate for Respondent No.1.

Ms. Bharadwaj informs the Court that two orders have been passed on 03.04.2025 and 12.06.2025 directing the Petitioner to take steps to serve copy of Writ Petition on Respondents. 4.

She would submit that she is the affected private Respondent. She would submit that Respondent Nos.2 and 3 have not been served till date in compliance with the aforesaid orders. 5.

If Petitioner has not complied with the aforesaid order, Petitioner shall do the same forthwith and show compliance to the Court on the next adjourned date.

She informs the Court that Petition has now been listed on 16.12.2025. Writ Petition is pre-poned and listed on 06.10.2025 to enable service to be effected on Respondent Nos.2 and 3 by the Petitioner and accordingly hear the Petition in view of the exigency mentioned by Ms. Bharadwaj.

Copy of this order shall be served on Petitioner by Ms. Bharadwaj, learned Advocate for Respondent No.1. 8.
