The Petitioner No.1 submits that her application dated 27th May, 2024 for condonation of delay to seek compassionate appointment in place of her father, who passed away on 10th August, 2002 is pending before the Secretary, Ministry of School and Education, State of Maharashtra, Mumbai. The prayer is that the said application be decided within a time frame. 2.

Let the application filed by Petitioner No.1 dated 27th May, 2024 be looked into by Respondent No.1, if he has the jurisdiction to deal with the same, within 60 days from today. If he does not have the jurisdiction, he shall guide Petitioner no.1 to the appropriate authority.
