The Petitioners are aggrieved by the communication dated 21st August 2024 that has been issued by the Resident Deputy Collector by which the Petitioner No.1's application dated 1st September 2021 seeking permission to transfer land bearing Plot No.207, C.T.S.No.92 admeasuring about 1188.8 Sq.Mtrs. in favour of the Petitioner Nos.2 to 4 has been refused. The reason indicated is that the proceedings in Writ Petition No.3979 of 2016 and Writ Petition No.1229 of 2022 are pending in this Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, submits that a written undertaking duly signed by the Petitioners would be placed on record stating therein that Gaikwad RD 1/2

20-wp-2957-2025.doc subject to outcome of the aforesaid proceedings, the Petitioners be permitted to complete the transaction of the land in question. The Petitioners are permitted to do so.
