Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGP. 2.
The order dated 09/05/2025 records thus " 1. The Petitioners are aggrieved by the communication dated 21" August 2024 that has been issued by the Resident Deputy Collector by which the Petitioner No.1's application dated 1st September 2021 seeking permission to transfer land bearing Plot No.207, C.T.S.No.92 admeasuring about 1188.8 Sq.Mtrs. in favour of the Petitioner Nos.2 to 4 has been refused. The reason indicated is that the proceedings in Writ Petition No.3979 of 2016 and Writ Petition No. 1229 of 2022 are pending in this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, submits that a written undertaking duly signed by the Petitioners would be placed on record stating therein that subject to outcome of the aforesaid proceedings, the Petitioners be permitted to complete the transaction of the land in question. The Petitioners are permitted to do so.
3. List the Writ Petition under the caption 'For Directions' on 18th June 2025."

In compliance of the order dated 09/05/2025, the petitioner has duly filed an undertaking in this Court on 11/06/2025. As an undertaking has already been filed, the Collector shall reconsider the petitioner's application dated 01/09/2021 for seeking permission to transfer the land bearing Plot No.207, C.T.S.No.92 admeasuring about 1188.8 Sq.Mtrs. on its own merits. The Collector shall endeavour to decide the application expeditiously. 4.
In this view of the matter, nothing presently survives for consideration in this petition. The petition is disposed of. No costs. (N.R.BORKAR, J.) (M.S.KARNIK, J.)
