The petitioner seeks direction to respondent no. 3 - the Executive Magistrate and Resident Nayab Tahsildar, Haveli, Pune and respondent no. 4- the Commissioner of Police, Pune for expeditious execution of order dated 07/07/2022 passed in Secu/SR/No.2762/2022 by District Magistrate and District Collector of Pune for taking physical possession of the secured asset.

Tahsildar, Haveli to comply with the order dated 07/07/2022 passed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction

In-charge of the concerned police station to render all possible co-operation. The petitioner is willing to pay necessary police protection charges.
