The order impugned in this writ petition is passed by the Additional Commissioner in exercise of powers under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, against which the petitioner has remedy of filing second revision. 2.

Hence, keeping all questions open by the petitioner in this writ petition to be agitated before the State Government under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, the writ petition stands disposed of.
