The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make a fresh representation before the Sub-Divisional Officer so as to raise a grievance with regard to the alleged illegal excavation at the property bearing Survey No.82/B. 2.

The writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. In case such representation is made, necessary decision on the same be taken by the Sub-Divisional Officer within a period of six weeks after hearing all concerned parties. Ordered accordingly.
