Mr. Patil appears for Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Ltd. Respondent No.4).

Mr. Patil submits that though notices may have served upon the Counsel, he is yet to receive instructions. He stated that he will try to obtain instructions at the earliest and if necessary, file a short affidavit. 4.

Accordingly, we post this matter on 20 March 2025. Affidavit, if any, should be filed and served by 15 March 2025. Until next date, the parties should maintain the status-quo regarding the land which is the subject matter of these petitions.
