Learned counsel invited our attention to the averments made in the petition. Without observing anything, on the merits of the contentions, as the only relief prayed for by the petitioner is for issuance of directions to the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for expeditious disposal of IA 3068 of 2024, in the facts and circumstances of the present case, we request the NCLT to decide the IA 3068 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible on its own merits in accordance with law. 3.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
