Leave to add the departmental Appellate Authority as Respondent No.3. Addition be carried out forthwith. 2.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the departmental appeal which is filed on 20th January, 2025 by the Petitioner for seeking a review of the order of dismissal from service, dated 02nd January, 2025, is pending before Respondent No.3 Appellate Authority. He prays on instructions from the Petitioner present in the Court hall that the Authority may be directed to decide the appeal within a time frame.

The learned Advocate who causes appearance on behalf of all the Respondents on Advocate's notice, submits on instructions that the Appellate Authority would follow the due procedure as is prescribed in the service regulations and would decide the pending appeal within a period of 45 days.
