The learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.3 and 4 - Bank, on instructions, submits that the Bank has no objection if the petitioner removes the household belongings that are lying in the subject flat being Flat No.1, Akshar Purushottam Tower, Solapur. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, it would be open for the petitioner to approach the respondent-Bank tomorrow which is 4th March 2025 for collecting the household items that are lying at Flat No.1, Akshar Purushottam Tower, Solapur. If the petitioner approaches the Bank accordingly, it shall permit the petitioner to remove the household articles. 3.

With aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 4.
