Challenge in this writ petition is to the interim order passed in revision application by the State Government. 2.

Considering the nature of the impugned order, it is not necessary to enter into the merits of the matter; however, the State Government shall consider contentions raised by the petitioner and shall pass appropriate orders within three months from the date of appearance of the parties.

The parties shall appear before the State Government on 7 April 2025 at 2.30 p.m.

The writ petition stands disposed of in above terms. No costs.
