Prima facie on perusal of Roznama dated 8th February 2025 it appears that the Competent Authority has recorded that the developer (promoter) was dead on the date of service. However, without bringing the Legal Representatives on record the impugned order has been passed.

Hence, till next date, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).
