The father of the Petitioner passed away on 21st June, 1994. The Petitioner claims to have become an adult on 14th April, 2001. He moved an application for compassionate appointment on 20th October, 2005. The application has been rejected on the ground of delay. The Petitioner is now 42 years of age.

The Petitioner shall address this Court on delay and laches Ingale
