All these Petitioners are identically placed. All of them

applied pursuant to an advertisement published in Dainik Loksatta, is the contention of the Petitioner. They were selected on clock hour basis and were issued with fresh appointment orders on clock hour basis, each year. They claimed to be in employment by virtue of such employment orders since 2015, 2016 and 2017, respectively. They have moved a representation to the employer dated 17.1.2025, praying for considering their claims for appointment as full time Assistant Teachers. 2.

Since an innocuous prayer is put forth as regards the representation, we are not issuing notice to the Management. 3.

The learned Additional G.P. submits that this Court may not issue a Writ of Mandamus since these Petitioners were selected by the Local Selection Committee and not by a Constituted Selection Committee on a permanent vacancy.

In view of the above, these Petitions are disposed off. We would expect the Respondent No. 5 Management to consider the representations of these Petitioners. Whatever may be the decision of the Management, let such decision be communicated in writing to the Petitioners within a period of 45 days. A copy of this order, obtained

from the official website of the Bombay High Court, would be served by the Petitioners on their employer, by speed post A/D. 5.
