The challenge in these Writ Petitions is to the order dated 8th July 2024 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Pune below Exhibit-12 in Petition No.A-481 of 2021. The Operative Part of the order reads as under:
"ORDER
1. Application Exh.12 is allowed as under-
2. The petitioner-husband is directed to pay an amount of Rs.8,000/- per month to the respondentwife and Rs.5,000/- per month each to both the daughters namely "Mrunal" and "Swamini" i.e. total of Rs.18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand only) per month, towards an interim maintenance, from the date of filing of the present application i.e. 2001-2021 till disposal of the main petition.
3. It is made clear that the amount deposited or paid by the petitioner towards maintenance to the respondent for herself or the daughters shall be adjusted in the interim maintenance awarded to them by this order.
4. The petitioner is further directed to pay the actual school fees as per fees structure of the school and other school related expenses i.e. school uniform, shoes, books, stationery etc., of both the daughters namely "Mrunal" and "Swamini"."

Heard Mr. Dande, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.1479 of 2025 and for the Respondent in Writ Petition No.3103 of 2025 i.e. Wife and Mr. Pawar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.3103 of 2025 and for the Respondent in Writ Petition No.1479 of 2025 i.e. Husband.

After hearing the matter for some time, both the learned Counsel, on instructions of their respective clients, state that both
these Writ Petitions be disposed of by modifying the impugned order dated 8th July 2024 in the following manner: 4.
Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are disposed of by consent, by passing the following order of the parties:
ORDER
(a) The order dated 8th July 2024 of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Pune below Exhibit-12 in Petition No.A-481 of 2020 is confirmed subject to the following modification:
(b) The Petitioner-Husband shall pay an agreement amount of Rs.50,000/- per month towards maintenance to the wife and two daughters.
(c) In view of aggregate maintenance of Rs.50,000/- granted to the wife and two daughters, Clause No.(4) of the impugned order regarding school fees and school related expenses is quashed and set aside.
(d) The maintenance at the rate of Rs.50,000/- per month shall be paid w.e.f. 1st May 2025.
(e) The maintenance of Rs.50,000/- per month shall be paid in the Bank Account of the wife on or before 10th day of each succeeding month. Such first payment shall be made on or before 10th August 2025 i.e. for the month of July 2025.
(f) Arrears for the month of May-2025 and June-2025 shall be paid at the rate of Rs.50,000/- per month in the account of the wife on or before 10th September 2025.
(g) As far as the arrears as per the impugned order dated 8th July 2024, they shall be paid in the account of the wife on or before 30th November 2025.

Kishor Parshuram Dhumal, husband, who is personally present in Court states that the above maintenance and arrears of the maintenance will be paid as per the scheduled dates directed by this Court. The said statement is accepted as undertaking given to this Court.

Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are disposed of in above terms, with no order as to costs.
