We find that the impugned order dated 22.10.2024, is not an order of rejection, but a communication of the deficiencies/queries raised by the Deputy Director, Education, Kolhapur Division, Kolhapur.

Let the Management tender its revised proposal in the light of the said queries, within 45 days from today. Thereafter, Respondent No.2 Authority shall deal with the said proposal by following the due procedure laid down in law, within a period of 45 days and pass a reasoned order.

In the event, an adverse order is passed, the Petitioners would be at liberty to avail of a remedy as is permissible in law. If the approval is granted, further steps for grant of Shalarth ID shall be initiated by the respective parties, expeditiously. 4.
