We have considered the submissions of the learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioners, the learned AGP for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and the learned Advocate for Respondent No. 3.

The learned Senior Advocate points out that the Full Bench Talwalkar

201.WP3148.2025.odt of this Court has already delivered a Judgment in the matter of Deshmukh Dilipkumar Bhagwan And Ors vs The State Of Maharashtra, reported in (2019) 3 Mh. L.J. 903. Keeping in view the said Judgment, this Court has recently delivered a Judgment on 27th February, 2025 in Writ Petition No. 2345 of 2014 and connected matters (Maharashtra Rajya Madhyamik Va Uchha Madhyamik Shala Kruti Samittee V/s. State of Maharashtra & Ors.) .

Considering the directions set out in paragraph 17, this Petition is also disposed off with the observation that the cases of Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 would be covered by the directions set out in paragraph17 in Maharashtra Rajya Madhyamik Va Uchha Madhyamik Shala Kruti Samittee (supra).
