Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to settle matter and wish to tender OTS proposal/document to respondent Bank and, therefore, seeks indulgence of this Court.

The prayers in petition shows that petitioner has challenged notice dated 8.9.2025 issued by Special Recovery and Sale Officer of respondent-Ahmednagar District Co-operative Societies Federation Limited. It is not contention of petitioner that respondents had no jurisdiction to issue notice. Apparently, order passed under section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act has attained finality and impugned notice is issued in pursuance to recovery certificate dated 30.09.2022 issued by the competent authority.

In that view of the matter, this Court finds no reason to entertain this writ petition, however, petitioner shall be at liberty to file OTS proposal, if he is entitled to do so in law. 4.

In result, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
