On 24th June 2025, we had disposed of the petition in terms of the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2. The said statement made by the respondent No. 2 is recorded in paragraph 2 of the order dated 24th June 2025. Paragraph 2 of the order dated 24th June 2025 reads thus:

"2. Learned AGP, on instructions, states that way back in 2022, i.e., 29th September 2022, the Public Works Department had addressed a letter to the Grampanchayat Khanota, Taluka Daund, District Pune asking the Grampanchayat to remove the said encroachments. He submits that till date the Grampanchayat has not done the needful."

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order has not been complied with in full and has only been complied partially. Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 disputes the said statement.

Be that as it may, we request the CEO of Zilla Parishad, Daund, Pune, to depute a Senior Officer to ensure that the order dated 24th June 2025 is complied with and a report to that effect be submitted to this Court within two weeks from today.

Parties to communicate this order to the CEO of the Zilla Parishad, Daund, Pune, to enable him to take appropriate steps and place the report before us through the learned A.G.P. 2/3
