Stand over to 9 April 2025, for passing orders as also to enable the petitioners to place on record an affidavit of petitioner nos. 1 and 2, who are the only legal heirs and representative of Mrs. Madhura Manmohan Khanvilkar. We also record that the reports of the medical board as constituted by us are received from the Dean of Byramjee Jeejeebhoy (B.J.) Medical College and Sassoon General Hospital, Pune. Also affidavits are filed by the Dean and the member of the board. We accept the explanation and apology as tendered in the affidavits, however with a note of caution that in dealing with Court orders, the concerned official needs to be more careful.
