In paragraph 2 of the order dated 16th April 2025, the line "Further, in another suit filed against the Petitioner, an order of temporary injunction is operating." shall be replaced by the following line : "Though an order of temporary injunction was granted in Special Civil Suit No.87 of 2018 against the petitioner, that suit came to be withdrawn on 13th September 2022".

The aforesaid correction be carried out and corrected order dated 16th April 2025 be uploaded.
