In this writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 26th February, 2024 passed by the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies by which the petitioner has been directed to pay arrears of Rs.14,52,193/- to Dadar Siddha Coop. Housing Society Ltd., Dadar (W), Mumbai.

After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to take recourse to remedy of appeal.
