This petition was listed on 16th March, 2026 when adjournment was sought on the ground that the Advocate for the petitioners had submitted a leave note. The petition was directed to be listed on 8th April, 2026. On 8th April, 2026 there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioners and therefore, we directed the petition to be listed on today for further consideration.

Even today, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioners. It is evident that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
