Learned AGP waives notice for all the respondents and upon instructions from respondent No.3 makes a statement that respondent No.2 would decide the proposal dated 13.05.2016 within a period of eight weeks from today.

We take the said statement as undertaking and dispose of the writ petition by giving direction to respondent No.3 to decide the proposal dated 13.05.2016 submitted by petitioner No.2 seeking approval to the services of petitioner No.3 as Assistant Teacher, within a period of eight weeks from today.
