By this writ petition, the petitioners are challenging certificate issued under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 against which the petitioners have remedy of filing revision application under Section 154 of the said Act.

Hence, by keeping all questions raised by the petitioners open to be agitated before the Revisional Authority, the writ petition stands disposed of.
