Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

In view of the order dated 13th March, 2025, the learned Counsel for the parties submit that the petition be allowed and the petitioners be permitted to cross-examine respondent as the petitioners have deposited the sum of Rs.20,000/- in this Court towards the costs of the respondent.

With the consent of the learned Counsel for the parties, the impugned order stands quashed and set aside. The petitioners are permitted to cross-examine the respondent. 4.

The petitioners shall not seek any adjournment for the purpose of the cross-examination.

The amount of Rs.20,000/- deposited by the petitioners be paid to the respondent.
