In this writ petition, the petitioner, inter alia, has assailed the validity of the tender issued on 5th February, 2024 as well as the validity of the supply order dated 12th March, 2024 issued by the Chief Fire Officer of MIDC in favour of respondent no.4, namely, M/s. For Your Resque Pvt. Ltd. 2.

After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to pursue the issue before the higher authority.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn in terms of the liberty as prayed for.
